Mr wira88 Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined herein:

• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any wager placed by a Member on any game or sporting event on the mr wira88 platform.
• "RM" refers to the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), the official currency used for all transactions on the mr wira88 platform.

To use the mr wira88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Be at least 18 years at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform.
• Register under your own identity — registering on behalf of another person or using false information is strictly not permitted.
• Must not be on the self-exclusion list of any responsible gambling programme.
• Not previously banned from the mr wira88 platform for any breach of terms.
• Must not be an employee of mr wira88 or an immediate family member of any mr wira88 employee.

The mr wira88 account registration process is subject to the following conditions:

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• All information provided during registration must be complete, accurate, and kept up to date at all times. Members are responsible for updating their personal details should any changes occur.
• mr wira88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including copies of a MyKad, passport, or other relevant supporting documents.
• Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account username and password. Any activity carried out using your credentials is your responsibility.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the mr wira88 support team immediately via live chat or email.

All deposits into a mr wira88 account are subject to the following terms and procedures:

• The minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction. The maximum daily deposit limit may vary depending on the payment method used.
• Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX internet banking including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks.
• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• mr wira88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply their own charges.
• Confirmed and received deposit funds are non-refundable, except in cases of proven technical errors or system faults.

Mr wira88 members are entitled to withdraw funds from their accounts, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request. The daily withdrawal limit is RM10,000 for standard accounts and higher for VIP members.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• mr wira88 processes withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes, seven days a week, including public holidays.
• mr wira88 reserves the right to request additional verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals exceeding RM2,000, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• Bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been fully satisfied.

All bonuses and promotions offered by mr wira88 are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer, as well as the following general conditions:

All bets placed on the mr wira88 platform are subject to the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the member unless the Cash Out feature is available and used before the match or game concludes.
• Football bets covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, and other leagues will be settled based on the official results declared by the respective league governing bodies.
• In the event of a technical disruption during live betting, mr wira88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the funds to the member's account.
• The use of automation software (bots), arbitrage tools, or any unfair method to gain an undue advantage is strictly prohibited.
• The minimum bet for most markets is RM2. Maximum bet limits vary by game type, market, and the member's VIP level.
• mr wira88 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any wager deemed anomalous or showing signs of market manipulation.

All mr wira88 members are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing your account, username, or password with any other individual for any reason.

• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the mr wira88 platform.
• Exploiting technical bugs or platform vulnerabilities — members who discover a bug are required to report it to the support team immediately.

Mr wira88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions or any other related policies.

• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• At the member's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Orders from the relevant authorities or courts.

To the extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law:

• Members place bets entirely at their own discretion. mr wira88 is not responsible for any betting decisions or financial losses incurred by members.
• mr wira88's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the member's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Mr wira88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Members will be notified of any material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Your continued use of the mr wira88 platform after any amendments take effect will be deemed your acceptance of the revised terms.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
• Should any provision of these terms be found unenforceable, it will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, without affecting the remaining provisions.
